Build lather with a damp shaving brush in a bowl or directly on the face. Allow lather to sit on skin for 60 seconds before the first pass — cedar needs time to prepare the skin and delivers noticeably better results when given it. Bar will last significantly longer than standard soap when kept dry between uses.
