Refund policy

We want you happy with everything you get from us. Everything we make is handmade in small batches, so if something isn't right, tell us and we'll make it right.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item: Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is broken, damaged, or not what you ordered, email midgardartistry@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you. You won't need to send the damaged item back unless we ask.

Soap, shave soap, scrubs, wax melts, candles, and other personal care or scented items: For health and safety reasons, we can't accept returns once opened or used. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Runes, decor, engraved goods, and other non-scented items: Returnable within 30 days of delivery if unused.

Can't be returned: Custom or personalized orders, gift cards, and opened personal care items.

To start a return: Email midgardartistry@outlook.com with your order number. We'll reply with instructions and the return address. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted.

Refunds: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping isn't refunded unless the problem was our mistake.
