Herb Bundles

Mugwort was the first of the nine.

The Nine Herbs Charm — an Old English healing charm with Woden right there in the verse — names nine sacred plants, and it starts with mugwort. Remember, Mugwort, what you made known. It was the herb of thresholds and journeys, hung over doors and tucked into shoes, burned to clear a space before work began. Smoke has been part of setting a space apart for about as long as people have had fire.

We carry a small selection of smoke cleansing bundles for the altar and the home: mugwort, sinuata, and a chakra blend wrapped in colorful dried flowers. These are one of the few things in our booth we don't make ourselves. We pick them and stand behind them.

Smoke cleansing bundles, selected by Midgard Artistry. Pick your blend: Mugwort, Sinuata, or Chakra Blend.

Burn in a fire-safe dish with good ventilation. Never leave burning bundles unattended. Extinguish fully after use.
