Monthly Abundance Rune Wax Melts

Open the door on the first of the month and invite the good stuff in.

There is an old folk practice that has spread through kitchen witches everywhere: on the first day of every month, stand in your front doorway with a pinch of cinnamon in your palm, set your intention for the month ahead, and blow it into the house. Cinnamon has been tied to money, luck and prosperity for about as long as people have been trading it, and the doorway is where fortune walks in.

The Norse would have understood the idea. Freyr, lord of abundance, was the god you asked for good harvests and full storehouses, and the year was always lived one turn of the moon at a time.

A first of the month cinnamon ritual

If blowing spice across your entryway sounds like a vacuuming problem, here is the easier version. On the first of the month, open your front door for a moment. Drop a tile of Monthly Abundance in the warmer and let the cinnamon fill the house while you name what you want to grow this month: money, work, health, peace at home. Leave the door open a minute so the abundance knows the way in. Then close it and get on with your month.

Twelve tiles in the pack. Twelve months in the year. That is not an accident.
