Fire Cider (2 oz)

Sharp, spicy, tangy, and loud. The way it's been made in farmhouse kitchens for generations.

Fire cider is an old-school kitchen tradition: a jar of apple cider vinegar packed with citrus, roots, peppers, and herbs, left to steep until everything in it has soaked into the vinegar. What comes out is bright, hot, and full of flavor, with the bite of horseradish and ginger, the warmth of cinnamon and clove, and the kick of jalapeño.

We make ours in small batches with real, whole ingredients, and bottle it in a 2 oz amber glass dropper bottle.

Ways to use it: a few drops or a splash in salad dressings and marinades, stirred into soups and greens, mixed with honey and warm water, or straight off the dropper if you're brave.

Ingredients: apple cider vinegar, orange, lemon, red onion, jalapeño, horseradish, ginger, turmeric, garlic, burdock root, rosemary, oregano, thyme, ginseng, black peppercorns, cinnamon, rose hips, cloves, mustard seed, star anise, elderberries.
